Deborah Rose Longo has
been an instructor of the Gurdjieff Movements for over 30 years,
working with groups in the United States, Germany, Australia,
England, Chile, Canada, Italy, India, Russia and Ukraine. She began her
training in the Gurdjieff Work and the Sacred Dances in 1975
at the Claymont Society for Continuous Education in Charles
Town, West Virginia (founded by John Bennett), where she has
been a long time community member. Deborah Rose is an artist specializing
in mandala making and has had her work featured in numerous
publications. In recent years, she has also enjoyed the challenges
of substitute teaching in the public school system as an opportunity
to positively influence the lives of many young souls. |

Rose Longo as senior Movement´s teacher, and several
experienced Movement´s teachers who are members of the
organizing group, will be facilitating the Movements sessions
during the Retreat. |

Melanie Monsour has been the pianist for Sacred Movements events
around the world and has performed the music of Gurdjieff/De Hartman in the U.S., Europe, Australia, Chile, India, Russia
and Canada for over 15 years. She is currently a member of the teaching faculty of the Santa Fe University of Art and Design, and on staff of the Dance Department as accompanist at the New Mexico School for the Arts.
She has seven CDs, a Gurdjieff/de Hartmann compilation and six compilations of original compositions, the most recent work:
"Enneagram Inspired" released in 2009 and "Along the Way" in 2010.
Melanie’s considerable gift as a pianist is an expression of a light-hearted and deeply meditative
presence that is a strong source of support and inspiration for the Work.
